Message from our Tumuaki

Ruia, ruia, tahia, tahia,

Kia hemo te kākoakoa,

Kia herea mai i te kawau korokī

Kia tātaki mai i roto i te pūkorokoro, whaikoro,

Te kūaka, he kūaka mārangaranga,

Te Kura o Hato Hōhepa Te Kāmura is situated in the heart of Whangaroa, under the korowai of Ngāti Kahu ki Whangaroa.  We have a long and proud history. The kura fuses its location of Waitaruke, Whangaroa;  its local history, and the Catholic Faith to mark its unique position in the world.

At Te Kura o Hato Hōhepa Te Kāmura, we are committed to nurturing the holistic development of every child, empowering them to reach their full potential and make positive contributions to society.

I am extremely proud to be part of the kura whānau and journey thus far and look forward to witnessing the exciting developments to come.

We welcome you to join us on this journey of learning, growth, and discovery. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions or wish to make an appointment to visit us.
